Established to honor a son and brother, The Trey Curry Foundation
will continue its mission of
providing financial assistance for children in need by making a generous pledge to Kids Charity of Tampa Bay toward the fifth and final home at A Kid’s Place.
“Trey loved kids; he loved being around them, showing them how to do things,” said Terry Curry, Trey’s mother and Director of the Trey Curry Foundation. “Supporting A Kid’s Place seemed like a great fit, and it’s right in our backyard.”
“We are very fortunate that the Trey Curry Foundation has stepped up in a big way to help take care of our community’s most vulnerable children,” said Wayne Witczak, Executive Director of Kids Charity of Tampa Bay. “We have an obligation to make sure our children are protected, and when tragedy hits, that they are loved and nurtured in a way that only improves their lives.”
The Trey Curry Foundation raises money by hosting various special events, including The Annual Trey Curry Foundation Fishing Tournament, TREYFEST, and Vine to Wine Tasting & Silent Auction.
